Analysis

1. Do you think the teacher’s learning objectives was appropriately assessed by your test items?
By consulting to the test paper and looking on the teachers learning objectives, I can say yes. Learning objectives implemented by the teacher are truly in line with his assessment. The test given requires memory, analyzing, understanding and solving which is also present in the learning objectives.
In providing assessments, it must always cover the learning objectives expected to students because it acts as evidence that states if the student/s meets or fail the expectation and to say that the assessments are appropriate.

2. Why do you have to study the teacher’s learning objectives prior to developing an assessment tool?
In some books, researches, experiments, lesson plans etc. Objectives are the top priorities. Our goals, expectations and aims are to be put here. Therefore it is important. In teaching, before instructing, we should have learning objectives for the class because it will serve as our basis. It is simply as, what are to assess if we do not have anything to assess.

Reflection

Write your personal reflection of thoughts and feelings regarding Peace Concept on Focus. Share your reflection with your FS teacher and classmates.
Peace in general terms is said to be the absence of conflict or war. As an individual, we can make our own concept of peace focusing to our field of expertise.

In classroom, for me peace refers to the absence of distraction during instruction whether behavioural interruptions of the students or unavailability of the instructional materials. According to studies, these are the most cases of problems we are encountering inside the classroom. Yet problems are inevitable but it could be minimize. We can attain that if the teacher is skillful. One skill that teacher should possess is the skill of planning. Teachers must always prepared. They are considered as peacemaker. They take control of problems and the state of the students is one of their top priorities. They have to plan prior instruction to make the discussion smooth. And of course, their positive relationship to their students. It will influence them greatly.
The only time we could say our peace concept is success is if the progress of students is shown.
